What does it cost?
We charge a flat fee, as opposed to the recruiting industry standard of 20-30% of the first year’s salary. Our fees start at $5000 for salaries under $75K, and go up from there. All salaries include any bonuses paid within 13 months of hire.
Why did you choose a flat-fee model?
By creating a more reasonable fee schedule for employers, we find we are able to work with a firm on a long-term basis, on a variety of positions, as opposed to focusing on only one or two candidates. The longer we work with a firm, the more we get to know the culture and the team, and the easier it is for us to place people when needed. A flat fee model also keeps us neutral – we are focused solely on getting the right candidate, in the right salary range, and we are less focused on the numbers that might, or might not, benefit us.
How long does it take to get us candidates?
Everyone’s favorite answer – it depends. We have placed candidates within the first week of working with a firm, but it always depends on the position. For example, getting a great office receptionist will usually take less time than securing a 10-year, specialized attorney. It also depends on the market, the salary and benefits offered, and your preferences.
Before we start working together, we will sit down and discuss everything and give you our best guess at an estimated timeline for what you are looking for.
Do we have to pay anything up front?
No. There is no risk for you. We invoice you on the first day they start, and within 30 days we will replace them free of charge.
Are you sure there’s no risk?
We’re sure. We only get paid our fee if we find you someone.
All we ask is, if you find someone before we do, please let us know right away so we can stop our search. Searching for your person is a daily process for our team.
