Find The One Recruiting is a full-service recruiting firm focused on creating a match that benefits both the candidate, and the employer. Culture, sensibility, work style, and personality are key factors in how we make our matches, and we pride ourselves on retention.

We develop long-term relationships with our companies, in order to find perfect people whenever they need them. This is also why we use a flat-fee model – we want our service to be viable and reasonable for our clients in the long run.

The firms we work with, generally:

  • Have great company culture: Sustainable work/life balance, collaborative over competitive environment, mentorship for employees, and room for growth.
  • Offer competitive salary and benefits: Know the value of the hard working individuals that make up their firm, and compensate them as such.
  • Know there is no Perfect Employee: Just as there is no Perfect Employer, rarely does a candidate check every single box. The employers we work with understand that hiring someone new always has inherent risks, and requires some compromise. We do what we can to minimize both.
  • Are collaborative in the hiring process: Every candidate we send you is an opportunity to give us a better idea of what you are looking for. Honest feedback, notes, likes and dislikes are highly encouraged as we navigate the applicant pool. The more communication we have, the better the candidates we send.
  • Are prompt, responsive, professional, and reasonable: Needs no further explanation.

The candidates we look for, generally:

  • Have a strong, loyal work ethic: Consistent work history, substantive duration at previous positions, and demonstrated performance and growth in work history is key.
  • Have the right experience for the position: There is no substitute for the right experience in your field, in order to gain knowledge to bring to the next company.
  • Want to advance their careers: Hitting a professional or financial ceiling often requires great candidates to move on, to the benefit of the employers we work with.
  • Fit in with the team: A candidate who looks good on paper is not an automatic placement. The person and personality that shows up at the office every day must be a fit for the company, for the good of both the employer, and employee.
  • Are prompt, responsive, professional, and reasonable: Needs no further explanation.

Who We Are

My favorite part of college was going to office hours and grilling my professors on what they did for a living, outside of teaching. In my first jobs, I stayed late asking too many questions and learning about my colleagues’ expertise. As a longtime small business owner, the primary reason I grew my business was to hire more people and expand my team. And, in 2019, when I completed my first official recruit for a great friend with a growing law practice and no time to screen candidates, I knew I had found what I was meant to do. Simply put, I love people, and I love business. The act of finding the right people to contribute to a business’ success is something I am completely invested in.

From that first placement, I began recruiting full-time, getting clients through word of mouth, eventually hiring my own team, and officially starting Find The One Recruiting.

Many business owners hate the time, hassle, and expense of the hiring process. Reaching out to candidates, posting ads, weeding through resumes, and coordinating interviews is the last thing they have time to do. I am here to take that stress away, sending you quality, curated candidates to your inbox. I very much look forward to meeting you, and helping you to build your team.
