We ask all the right questions over Zoom, email, or in person. We get to know your team, culture, office, ideal candidates, and more.

We find perfect candidates.
Through our network, outreach, ads, emailing, and phone calls, we get to work to find the perfect people for the job.

we send over candidates
After qualified candidates have passed our screen interview, we write them up and pass them along. We can help you check references, sit in on second interviews, or just stand by.

You hire the one.
Once you find “The One”, you give them an offer. You pay us a flat fee, plus any ad fees, when they start. And if it doesn’t work out, we have a 30-day replacement guarantee.
